You can view whole Kathmandu valley from Swayambhu and view some statues of lord Buddha.
Pashupatinath:-
Pashupatinath is Hindus one of greatest pilgrim and greatest temple of lord Shiva located in Gausala of Kathmandu. Many people from Nepal, India and other Hindu people come here to worship lord Shiva. Pashupatinath Temple is the oldest Hindu temple in Kathmandu.
Bouddhanath:-
Bouddhanath is one of holiest site for Buddhist pilgrims situated in Kathmandu. the stupa's massive mandala makes it one of the largest spherical stupa in Nepal. There are about 30 gompas in the area of Bouddhanath like Sakyapa gompa, Gelugpa gompa, Kargyukpa gompa etc.
